Software Engineer - Build
What you’ll be doing -
- Creating and improving build systems
- Responsible for maintaining and optimizing infrastructure processes
- Responsible for implementation across a number of areas
- Identify and highlight any potential risks in working solutions
- Solve problems through the application of sound software engineering principles
- Continuously work to minimise technical and maintenance issues
- Champion quality in The Multiplayer Group and our clients development process
What we’re looking for -
- A strong programmer with professional experience in games
- Passion for build systems and tools
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines
- Working knowledge of TeamCity and Perforce
- Experience with automated testing systems, game patching systems and server deployment
- Attention to detail with a strong ability to analyse and comprehend direction
- Awesome technical insight and a finisher of technical tasks
- Ability to understand and explain technical ideas
Advantageous to have
- Knowledge of scripting languages
- Experience with Unreal and C++
