Effective Date: 16 June 2025

Last Updated: 16 June 2025

The Multiplayer Group Ltd (“MPG”, “we”, “our” or “us”), respects the privacy rights of our users and is committed to protecting the information collected through our products and services. This notice applies in connection with the access to pre-launch video game builds made available by MPG, referred below as the “Game”.

This privacy notice (the “Privacy Notice”) explains what personal data we may collect about you when you use or access the Game and how we collect, store, disclose, transfer, protect, and otherwise process that information for the purposes of operating and providing the Game.

Who This Privacy Notice Applies To

This Privacy Notice applies to all users of our Games, including via third party websites or platforms and on all supported devices.

What Data We Collect

When you play the Game, we will receive certain information about you. The data we collect is primarily used to track your game progression, manage online features, and improve the Game. The data we collect is linked to your account but is not used to identify you outside of the Game's ecosystem.

Your Account ID: We collect your Account ID to uniquely identify you. This allows us to track your game progression, manage your in-game items and achievements, and enable save game data functionality through the relevant platform.

• Your Display Name: This is collected and may be shared with other players.

• Game Data: We collect data about your performance, progress, and achievements within the Game. The purpose of this is to provide you with the core gameplay experience, including saving your progress and unlocking achievements.

• Multiplayer and Matchmaking Data: We may use the platform where the Game is hosted to facilitate multiplayer sessions. This involves processing your Account ID and Display Name to place you in a game with other players. This data is managed within the platform’s environment for the duration of the session and is generally discarded after a multiplayer match is complete.

• Diagnostic and Usage Data: We may collect certain diagnostic information (such as crash logs, device specifications, and performance data) and gameplay usage data (such as session length and feature interaction). This data is collected to help us identify and fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and improve the overall gameplay experience. This information is processed in a way that does not directly identify you.

• The Game does not request access to data from any other apps on your device.

We will likely use third-party service providers, such as Epic Online Services, to host the Game and support our backend services, such as for processing the Diagnostic and Usage Data mentioned above. Where we share your information with them, we ensure that we have appropriate agreements in place to protect your information (as required by applicable data protection laws). We will not share any data or personal data about you with third parties for those third parties’ own marketing purposes.
In addition to the Game Data, we may collect and process the following personal data from you if you contact us for support (together, “Your Information”):

• Your name, address, telephone number and email address; and
• Other personal data that you choose to disclose.

How to Access and Control Your Personal Information

As your data related to the Game is linked to your relevant account, you can manage this information through your platform account settings. You can manage your account privacy settings by visiting the website of the relevant platform provider. For specific data stored by third parties on our behalf (like game saves), you can typically manage this within the game.

Where We Store and Process Personal Data

The Game collects data and stores it on the platform of the provider where the game is hosted. We do not store personal data on our own servers.

Our Policy Towards Children

Our Game is not intentionally designed for or directed at children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at info@mpg.io so that we can delete the information.

The Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
