Passionate professionals from all around the world
who are we?
We are like you, game developers.
Founded in Nottingham by industry veterans Rik Alexander, Steve Bennett and Rocco Loscalzo, MPG has grown into a global collection of experts, working on some of the biggest titles in the world.
We're nuts about games and we fundamentally believe multiplayer games bind us together with shared experiences that cannot be found elsewhere.
Our people-first culture fosters a welcoming environment, and a diverse team of talented people from across the globe.
happy people produce great results
We're big on work-life balance.
Wellbeing is the bedrock of our people team strategy. Everything we do is with this in mind and we’re really proud of our consistently high engagement score of over 9. We know our teams perform better when they are healthy, motivated and focused, and that’s only possible with meaningful work and a good work-life balance.
By weaving wellbeing into our regular conversations, responding to feedback and having dedicated mental health first aiders throughout the company, our people know they are valued and supported.
“I've never worked at a company that invests anywhere near the same amount of money, effort and time into their employees' wellbeing. I feel extremely well taken care of.” – Anon, MPG Employee Engagement Survey
the space to do your best, no matter what
A flexible approach to working, that makes room for real life.
Need to have the kids on your lap while you video call? We get it.
Working around your workout? All good.
Feeding time for the cat? What are you waiting for?
We know that home life and work life has its overlaps, and we’re not going to get in the way of that! We want to give you the flexibility you need to perform your best at work, and look after your home life too.
“I have the freedom and autonomy to set up my day how I see fit - no micromanagement at all." – Anon, MPG Employee Engagement Survey
With our team spread far and wide, we're always looking for ways to bring our people together, whether that's online or in person.
Every team member has a dedicated entertainment allowance for socialising with others, and they're using it towards activities such as go-karting, meals out, and even fancy breakfasts over Zoom. We also have dedicated Slack channels to huddle in, and organise virtual coffees, for those who want to chat to others during their work day.
Of course it's not all play! We organise monthly company-wide meetings to keep you up to date on what's going on around the company and we run a series of very popular tech talks, giving everyone the opportunity to learn from each other.
Our giving back philosophy is centred around our local communities, education, and sustainability.
We partner with schools and universities around the world to raise the profile of the games industry and encourage young people into STEM. We're really proud to have no fewer than five Women in Games Ambassadors on the team.
We love supporting organisations around the world, giving our team the opportunity to donate to local causes that are important to them.
We're committed to choosing local, independent and ethical wherever possible, and are always looking for ways to reduce our impact on the planet.
We’re proud to say we’ve been Climate Positive since 2020. Want to know more? You can view our climate impact and journey via our Earthly dashboard.
